Please can you read this important update.

It is important that you contact Waltham Forest council to make your views known about The Hare and Hounds site that you want it to remain as a football ground.

If you don't make your views known to the council about The Hare and Hounds football ground.

Then the council will give the owners the permission to build flats on the site which will mean that The Hare and Hounds football ground will no longer be.

May I suggest that you send an Email to Waltham Forest council to let them know your point of view on the site.

Right now The Hare and Hounds football ground has still got an Asset of Community Value order which runs out in December 2021 and it is important that the A.C.V. order  needs to be renewed by the local community group in Leyton as soon as possible.

As you may have been aware. Last year the owners of The Hare and Hounds football ground have put in a Proposed allocation of new development to Waltham Forest council.

The future plans are currently going through the council local planning consultation.

The council will give their final decision in a report in the summer 2021.
