Bollards and Trees were placed outside Treehouse Nursery School in Wasntead following complaints.  This action was taken without a consultation process with other frontagers and businesses nor was this action communicated to the Nursery.

This has now impacted disabled entrance and welfare to the nursery members.  The problem still continues from premises who still continue to use the frontage, pavement and footway illegally and have no legal crossover have not had any enforcement action taken against them as they are parking illegally and still continue to flout the law.

We are calling this petition to have these bollards and trees removed.  We would appreciate your help and support on this matter by signing this petition.  if we get 1500 signatures then this is enough to bring a deputation to Council to debate this matter.
