Local residents and visitors to Norbury Hall Park have had enough of the blight of litter and other anti-social behaviour caused by heavy drinking in our lovely park and surrounding area. We are therefore petitioning the London Borough of Croydon and Metropolitan Police to take action now and instate a Public Space Protection Order or a controlled Drinking Zone covering the park and surrounding streets.
