Police are not responding to there animals being stolen. People are being assaulted in parks, and having people come to there doors, to steal there dogs. Van's are following people when they are out trying to take there dogs, it needs to be stopped, and people need the back up of the police. Just because it's an animal doesn't make it any less important, these animals are family. Who knows what is happening to them when they are stolen, they could be suffering unmentionable cruelty. Dogs have feeling and emotions, they will be suffering in the hands of these people, we have to get the police to see this and to make this a serious crime.
