The problem we have I noticed in so many states, where the criminal is being protected and law enforcement and judges are allowing our children to be abuse mentally, physically, sexually and emotionally. Also in my situation my ex tampered with my vehicle hoping it would of crashed and no one would of ever known. He’s threatened to kill me and just had the restraining orders dropped. Well now he set me up because that was last resort to steal my son from me who he sexually molested and got off of that to. This is pathetic to live in a world where there is no protection on the victims and the criminal is being protected! This needs to stop now!! We need Logan’s Law to be in affect for not only my son, but other children in need of protection. It’s all based on bias which is the people you know and the money you have is what gets you the free ticket of breaking the law and hurting people, to which half are children;!our own children . If we don’t want a world full of angry children that are blowing schools up then we need to stop the abuse when it’s happening. My child is damaged permanently, but can we stop the abuse now to help them have a fair chance in life!! We need the protection from our family law judges, law enforcement and our Child protection Services to follow the LAW”……that’s what we have it for and no Bias ! Innocent children are being hurt and given to the abuser. Our voices need to be heard now and  we need the protection; not them with their hearsay allegations.
