Angel has received a destruction order from the council (which means they’re going to put her down in 14days).

I only just received Angel back 2 weeks ago and only had her for 5 days. She came back desexed an extremely under weight.

On the 9th of June, my son (1 and a half year old) was playing outside. I had decided to let Angel out to go to the toilet, as she’s been inside due to surgery. Jayce (my son) was riding his bike along the back fence line when my back neighbour's dog started jumping up aggressively barking and growling at my son, which also caused my fence paling to break. As Angel heard this she ran towards the back fence line and jumped it. I ran after Angel and jumped on the fence to see where she went she ended up hiding under a bush in the neighbours yard. I yelled out to the owner asking him to please grab his dog, he just stood there as his dog was running towards Angel.

I had jumped into the property to grab her, she had ran the opposite direction which then caused the German shepherd to lunge at her and tackle her to the ground biting her and wouldn’t let go, I had a hold of Angel trying to pull her away mind you she has a “cone on her head”. I yelled at the other dog's owner, to please stop his dog! He then tried to stop his dog. We eventually got the German shepherd off Angel. The owner had his dog fully restrained but he let go again. Causing the German shepherd to lunge at me and bite my arm, I ripped my arm out of the dogs mouth and screamed at the owner to stop his dog. By then the German shepherd once again had Angel and was not letting go, he had her by the snout shaking her and wouldn’t let go. We ended up getting the German shepherd off again. I told him to get his dog away from me an Angel as I had Angel in my arms. She ended up with deep puncture wounds on each side of her face scratches on the top of her nose and her cone also had bite marks and scratches all over it. I received bruises and scrapes and one puncture wound from the German shepherd.

Because of this incident Angel was seized by the council and now has a destruction order in place. 
No consequences will come to the German shepherd. The council allege the German shepherd has marks from Angel. But no evidence has been provided. 

Those of you that have met Angel know from first hand how beautiful and soft her personality is and how human-like she is. She interacts with other animals well and loves human company. 

This breaks my heart that she jumped the fence and is now due to be put down for it if I can’t appeal it before the 1st of July. Help me fight against the council for Angel!! Help save Angel's life!!!
