Logan City Council Council received an application for a Kennel Licence for 75 dogs and 10 cats on 3 October 2011 to be operated SOLEY  by the new owner of the property at 17-23 Buccan Rd, Buccan

Council officers were fully aware of the previous owner's history with the property.
The approval was granted for 40 dogs.

The previous owner , who was accused of animal cruelty but who did not stand trial, still lives at the property . We are concerned that the previous owner will have interaction with animals at the property
