He got away with it last time, only a 5 year “deferred” sentence for running a large Dog Fighting operation, abusing and torturing hundreds of animals! 190 dogs rescued this time, hundreds more forced to fight to the death until they lose and die in terror. I’ve spent much of the last 15 yrs of my life trying to support and foster abused and abandoned animals, I feel deeply that we need to give these innocent creatures a second chance at life and a voice. Witnessing the suffering of animals who endure horrific abuse at the hands of individuals like Leshon Johnson fuels my determination. Their mistreatment is not only heart-wrenching but a societal failure that must be addressed.

The case of Leshon Johnson represents more than just an isolated incident of animal abuse. It reflects a broader issue where often the legal system falls short in delivering justice for defenseless animals. Documented evidence shows that animal abuse is a precursor to violent behavior against humans, highlighting the importance of treating these cases with the gravity they deserve.
