A friend, unfortunately lost his beloved great dane last night due to the lack of emergency care in our area. Multiple people have commented saying they have experienced their own losses due to the same. In the midst of an emergency with your pet, having Rockford or a larger city as the closest option is not always feasible. Especially when you add in weather related complications.  

Let's make our voice heard to bring back on call/emergency veterinary care. 

It may not be your pet this time, but next time it could be, and the chances of survival will increase drastically if we have local care for our babies. ❤
