There are 8 priority roads that would be considered - 3 of them are in Boutilier's Point including Toni. The reason Toni isn't currently on the list to be paved is because HRM put a pause on paving all gravel roads. This impacts a number of roads across a number of Districts, including councillor Deagle Gammon's. She's going to move the motion to get paving gravel roads back in the budget
