Theodore Babiak with Kristoff Lawson plan is to change 456 Armadale from a single family, one story bungalow into a 3 story, 4 family condo.  This new condo will irreversibly change the character of our neighborhood for the worst.  It will increase traffic, decrease property values and wreck the cohesiveness of our beloved neighborhood. 

There are currently NO OTHER PROJECTS LIKE THIS ON ARMADALE NOR THE SURROUNDING AREA therefore this could set a dangerous precedent, opening the floodgates for uncountable other condos to come.
