We, the undersigned, declare that the 'New Normal' agenda of face masks, social distancing, testing, contact tracing, health passports, vaccines, etc. should be entirely and permanently voluntary; that all citizens have an inherent right to seek out alternate medical opinions and make their own medical decisions; and that no government or medical authority can take that away.

We further declare that no government or medical authority can influence an individual's decision through exclusionary, discriminatory or coercive laws, rules or restrictions of any kind.
