Closing the zoo at Johnson Park due to neglect

The Issue

Johnson Park in Piscataway NJ has a small zoo. They have a history of neglecting the animals and not providing for their welfare especially during storms. During hurricane Floyd many drown because they were not evacuated as the park had no plans in place. Unfortunately things haven't changed. Besides the neglectful health care (unshorn animals with spring costs well into mid summer, long uncured  for nails andhooves, etc)  with the impact from Hurricane Ida animals were witnessed to be in standing water up to their necks and horses up to chest high water for hours.  When inquiries were made the public was told they were being evacuated but from insiders and people who checked this proved to be false.
