Help me help one of our valued Wildlife Rehabilitators! This cause effects local and statewide wildlife in need of medical attention and temporary care before being released back into the environment. 

I am starting this petition on behalf of a local Wildlife Rehabilitator. Eunice is a Licensed Professional, but even more specifically- specializes in Rabies Vector Species. According to the State of Connecticut’s Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, she is one of approximately 6-8 individuals that is legally allowed and experienced in taking raccoons, skunks, and foxes across the entire state. 

Eunice significantly helps all our state’s Animal Control agencies, Veterinary staff, and many citizens when sick, injured, orphaned, or distressed wildlife is encountered. She is an extremely selfless person that spends a tremendous amount of her own time pouring her heart into every animal in her care- with an amazing goal to keep our environment flourishing. 

Eunice has come across a bump in the road, that may end her wildlife rehab journey. A new neighbor has complained to her town’s Planning and Zoning committee- and they are now trying to shut her down. Please sign this petition- to show her town just how important she is to the community. 

She also has a fundraiser set up on Facebook- (Help Eunice’s pets/animal fundraiser). She needs everything she can to hire a lawyer and fight for her license, her rescue, and her animals.
