A local Resident by the name of Shelton McCombs who resides in spears trailer park of Seminole Alabama has committed multiple felony’s of animal cruelty. He open fires on any local feral cats or his neighbors pet cats no ones pets are safe he also sets live traps and then will shoot and kill cats he catches he is responsible for many pets that have gone missing. He also puts other Residents at risk while opening fire. He will shoot at all hours of the day and very late at night. With that stated harming feral or non feral cats is against the law hefty fines jail time and even a felony offense is required as a legal action AND CAN BE CHARGED UNDER CRIMINAL DAMAGE ACT OF 1971 and so they should be intentionally killing or harming a cat is ILLEGAL! If someone is guilty of harming or killing a cat they are then guilty of a CLASS C FELONY ! Residents have complained and tried to take legal action against Shelton McCombs with no luck Mr Shelton McCombs shows no remorse and does not plan on changing his ways. So now I ask for your signature to go forth and filing a CRIMINAL COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 268 of IPC for animal cruelty!
