My emotionally abusive ex won’t return my cat to my care. I’ve been told by police that they can’t charge him for theft (adoption paperwork/microchip is in my name). Others have told me that police are just being lazy. I adopted my kitty before I met my ex. He smokes weed inside knowing that my kitty has asthma and heart problems. Please help me get my fur baby back. He’s ten years old and I am concerned for his well-being. My cat is more than an animal to me, he is my best friend. Please share this around to animal lovers.
