Death knell reprieve: consultation planned

Well done people power!  WCC have heard us, and are now giving themselves an opportunity to listen to the people of Warrnambool City and the people who love Warrnambool.

Note: ugly prunes mean dire consequences for the contractors, or the badly situated power lines - not for the Heritage listed trees!
