Unfortunately Maes Y Neuadd has been left to diminish and deteriorate over the last decade, however, with a sale in process and a new owner involved the deterioration could be the least of worries for our local (and surrounding) community. The person in question has already bought his way into businesses/properties within North Wales and has turned them into Halfway houses, some of which are located in Pwllheli and one in Barmouth. 

Please help protect our village by showing your concern and objection for the potential of this former hotel to be turned into a rehabilitation institute for all sorts of newly released criminals and drug users whilst it’s early enough to do so.
