So many families like myself find themselves at the hands of social services false accusations.

Even when the evidence is produced, not only does the decision still stand to either remove your Children or your be placed under a Child Protection.

Childrens's Services have no interest in you providing the evidence which proves the actions taken were unlawful, and still allow the process to continue.

Perfectly functioning families are being made targets, along with no evidence to back up there allegations.  This results in a Child being removed and families being torn apart.

Vunerable children who suffer with disabilities have become easy targets, especially thoughs who have Speech & Language difficulties & no level of understanding.

Social workers are not experienced in disabilities and fail to listen to any medical professionals, they base everything on there opinion and not facts and this is allowed to continue with knowone questioning there decisions or evidencing these.

Polices need to change,  Protect the children who are at direct risk of harm, don't destroy the families who are innocent.

Every Social Worker must all wear Bodycams,  recordings do not lie, and this will provide vital  evidence that can be used in court.  This would avoid inaccuracies and false allegations, this would also reduce there workload by half, and provide better working relationships with families.

The Police now use bodycams which are very successful, and without these they would not get so many convictions. 

Reviewing any footage with colleagues, can also be valuable, especially if the social worker is inexperienced, which is the trend out there.
