He has effectively been given the green light by Chester's Chief Inspector. (Williams) and The Chronicle. Judson is a well known con man & drug taker in Chester. He sits & begs on the streets of Chester with what he wants people to believe is a army uniform & says he's homeless. He shamelessly takes money and food from good decent people. He's been witnessed mistreating his poor dog, (has had another one with him recent) on many occasions, yet local authorities & animals welfare organisations are doing nothing to stop any of it. This needs to STOP. Christmas shopping will soon be upon us and he is more prevalent on our streets then conning hard working people & elderly out of their hard earned wages or pensions. Please sign this petition to help ban him from doing this deceiving hard working people. The least the Police Inspector can do is stop him wearing the fake army uniform he wears. This is totally unacceptable within the serving and x serving community. This man claims benefits and housing benefit,yet makes lots of money from unsuspecting good people, especially on race days. There are thousands of people who have served for our country who are understandably very upset and angry.
