To those who have supported and followed this petition, I do thankyou again. In the last update I did say that I would be following up with the outcome of this nightmare. At this point in time I have to say again that there will be delay in delivering that outcome. I do apologise for that, but there are genuine reasons for that delay.

In the meantime, I will say however, that I intend to leave this petition open. One of the main reasons for that is because the body corporate laws in this country are a literal nightmare and an absolute mess. I will elaborate on that at a future date, but suffice to say I think I have at least have some obligation to warn those who may be intending to buy strata property of the dreadful state of affairs that currently exist. No government seems to want to rectify the current laws in regard to particularly body corporate management and the lack of accountability amongst the 'cowboys' who are allowed to operate with impunity.
