And so on Thursday I receive a letter and a list of the documents via email that the lawyers for the plaintiff have lodged with the court. There is nothing unusual about that...except for the fact that they already notified about me this and actually sent me a hard copy of their list of documents some three months ago. And again this is more than 5 and 1/2 years after their initial claim was lodged in July 2014.

A thought crossed my mind a week or so ago. Some people may think that this whole saga is so ludicrous that it could not be true. I can assure you that it is. I would not be writing what I am if it wasn't. As the saying goes, 'the law is an ass', and it surely is. And I am surely fed up with dealing with lawyers who want to play games and want to continue a lie. As I have said to them before on numerous occasions, 'if you have a claim against me, then take it to court.'
