The Bahria Town has been charging us double of govt approved electricity rates since more than a decade from of its residents in addition to heavy maintenance costs at the name of security and maintenance services without any accountability and with a day by day decline in services. Their negligent and profit making mindsets have costed many lives in various security incidents such as thefts, robberies etc. Bahria management is strong enough to hide the truth from mainstream media and still continue to publicise their current and new ventures as a load-shedding free and the most secured housing societies which is completely false and untrue. After charging such huge sums of money in the form of increased electricity billing and high maintenance costs, and with depriving security and all other services, now they have started the power failures in Bahria Phase1-8 in Rawalpindi.

This is unacceptable - they may be strong enough to shut the mouths of government and media but not its residents any more.

We demand zero-load-shedding, adequate and consistent water supply to its residents and foolproof security by Bahria for its residents.
