We want the investigation into the abuses suffered by Caleb - The three month old beaten and raped puppy in Fulton County, to be given the highest priority. We want the quick apprehension and incarceration of the party or parties responsible for this sick demented act. As you are aware animal abuser's eventually direct their abuses to children.

We also want the the enactment of stricter and comprehensive laws protect the rights of all animals  as well as providing stricter guidelines and punishments for the abusers.

These animal abusers pose a much bigger threat to the well being of a healthy society and community at large.
