This pup is young happy and not an illegal breed, for him to be taken from his family home in such a way just isn’t fair with false claims of his breed type. 
The pup will now have to face kennels and and environment he isn’t used to, his stress levels will increase and the dog will become overwhelmed with stress and anxiety.
I can’t imagine what the family are going through but I am doing my bit to try and get this boy back to his home!
Owning a dog myself I know the love and care that goes into these animals! 
This pup has done nothing wrong but exist? Why is that fair to be taken away from a family home because of the way he looks? 
His breeding proves he’s not of an illegal breed? Meaning there isn’t actually a reason this has been done. 
This pup will now face tests and assessments to judge his breeding again which isn’t fair! 
Family are stressing and not knowing how their pup is and when he will return home! Feeling un settled as a member of their family is missing from bed tonight because he was taken un fairly!
