8Liverpool City Council have received a planning application from Parkland Estates to convert 313 Lower Breck Road and 45/47 Breck Road into a 19 bed Mens Supported Accommodation. The criteria of men that can use this accommodation include ex-offenders, and people who have drug and alcohol addiction. We, the residents of Lower Breck Road and surrounding area, feel that this location is unsuitable for such an establishment, being in close proximity to three schools and two children's centres and within easy walking distance of 6 pubs and 10 off-licences.
