In January 2016 the Liverpool Council closed the Liverpool BMX track due to discovery of asbestos in the soil on the race track. 

On 21 February 2018 the Liverpool City Council wrote to the board of the Liverpool BMX club to confirm their support to identify land within the Local Government Area for the construction of a quality BMX facility.

It's time to rebuild our club and start a new chapter in the future of this once great club
