It is time to bring the Bey Hive to the Beehive State!  The great state of Utah, and more specifically Salt Lake City, has a lot of things to offer: poor air quality,  bipolar weather, fry sauce, an easy to navigate grid system, the University of Utah (GO UTES!), Mormons, non-Mormons, and much more!  One thing that has yet to bless this ever increasing bustling metropolis is the Queen Bee herself.  That's right.  Beyonce.  Bey has just announced her Formation World Tour and SLC was passed on as a stop once again.  Utah is nicknamed "The Beehive State" for crying out loud, so what place better to contain a multitude of Bey Hive members?!  I fear that Salt Lake misses out on a lot of entertainment opportunities because of the preconceived misconceptions and stereotypes that our population is generally too conservative in taste to buy tickets.  But I'm sure there is a willing and able demographic here (I mean, it's Beyonce so there are fans everywhere)!  

The purpose of this petition is to bring down the Partition (bad pun) between Bey and us and mostly just raise awareness that Utah needs to be put on the map!  Utahns are people too!  We don't have horns and aren't polygamists (well, most of us) and want to be entertained!  

Change.org offers up a "How to" section with tips on how to inspire readers of my words to act and advised me to make it clear what happens if I win or lose... so I hope you can all live with yourselves if you don't sign it and I'm not able to put my Freakum Dress on and go to Bey's show.

In all reality, this is just for fun and I really do want to get my home state some love because I love it... but I think it just wants to be friends?
