My professional LinkedIn account has been arbitrarily restricted, without any valid basis, while I have always been extremely professional, helping, benevolent, bringing added value to the members of the Community with which I have always made sure to be an example to follow in terms of mutual aid and collective intelligence.
In fact, since LinkedIn set out to conquer China, the platform is increasingly complying with Chinese requirements and imposing its constraints on the whole world.
As far as I'm concerned, I haven't broken any rules or, in any case, not to my knowledge on tens of thousands of actions on this platform that I adore, particularly love, among all the others, that I know so well yet.
I have never received any postponement email, and they did not even offer me, offer the possibility, to make a backup of my account, to download, which is contrary to their rules!
I have never been reproached in my exchanges with the "Safety and Accounts's restoration" team, which really turns into a dialogue of the deaf, without proven motive, any bad behavior, attitude, action, having violated the rules of the Community professional LinkedIn.
And yet they have come, thanks to your support to all of you, to give me back access to an old account which does not interest me at all, which no longer corresponds in any way to my life, my convictions, my current projects and struggles!
A first victory thus gained, but not the "war", of an illustrious sentence.
They did it "out of courtesy" they say, as if they were doing me a favor, because it was no longer my first and last name that appeared there, and for good reason!
On December 4, 2020 I asked a man named Carlos at their place, when he gave me the choice, even offering me to choose which profile to keep (I of course immediately chose https: // www. linkedin.com/in/beemouv which they keep restricted), to merge the two accounts if I wanted, and to close this old account which does not interest me at all for profit, on which I have no impact, do not have the quality of the contacts and subscribers that I have (I had) and adore (adored) with my professional and PREMIUM account "Philippe Yvon TREBAUL" subject of this petition, my four first names being: Philippe, Yvon, Lucien , Marie (*).
I am flabbergasted by this unjustified behavior, and compared to their lack of speech, of professionalism for once, there.
In front of the Courts I win 100% because the evidence written in my favor is unstoppable, irrefutable, and collects in the process a large financial sum for the damage caused (I am exhausted, my health begins to decline in this stupid fight and without real reason and valid, without justification, to be frank, and I'll spare you the details ...: stomach, skin ...) but ... that's not what I want!
I just wish goodwill, intelligence, benevolence, a respect for the commitments made by them in December.
I want them to just click on a button "restore" this profile, which has always been exemplary, and which certainly had an echo, an impact, considerable since lately my posts were all between 200 and 600,000 views, daily , professionally, passionately, sincerely.

They have to give me all my data and they don't even offer it to me, don't give me the opportunity. But it is against their regulations!
No, your signatures have already forced them to make this first gesture, hypocritical and without interest for me and the fight for the life that I lead professionally, every day.
Moreover, an incredible surge of solidarity through posts, messages ... is taking shape and a lot of scope on their platform, LinkedIn, as witness, proof, of my seriousness and the usefulness of my posts and actions, and it touches me immensely, deeply.
But the petition has been slowing down for 12 days and I'm exhausting myself trying to relaunch it. And what did I just find out? That the Co-Founder of #LinkedIn Reid Hoffman raised funds that currently amount to $ 30 million on behalf of Change.org, investors including Bill Gates, who is no longer presented, or Sam Altman, president of Y Combinator. My petition is therefore less shown in the suggestions of Change.org, on instructions from LinkedIn, recipient of this one!
