La causa
- Linda Wezel is a german teenager who traveled from Germany to Iraq to join the terrorist group called ISIS, since the defeat of the group she was captured by Iraq forces, who now have her under captivity since 2017. Now she is facing a possible death sentence by hanging, if the german justice does not act quickly.
- She deserves to be judged by the laws of her country, and to be brought back to her homeland. It is an international right that is known as the Right to have a Fair Trial, which is part of the Human Rights. Regardless of the crimes commited, she must have her laws supporting her trial, and to have counsel. Her situation is clearly a violation of her Human Rights.
- This petition was made with the intention of making the german justice to take notice of the issue, save her life, and have her citizen brought to justice as abided by german law.
