Attorney Catherine (Cathy) M. Brennan Partner at Hudson Cook LLP has used her position as a lawyer to repeatedly harass, intimidate, bully and embarrass a portion of the community that she has been entrusted by the American Bar Association to help, transgender and transsexual peoples.

Recently Cathy Brennan cyberbullied a transgender woman who had a docket date to change her gender marker by publishing that information and asking that others contact the judge in oppisition to her petition.

Cathy Brennan recently maliciously outed a 17 year old. Transgender Youth To His High School in retaliation for the youths ignorance regarding "rape jokes' which he later appoligized profusly for after being educated about how those 'jokes' are unnaceptable.

Cathy Brennan and co author Elizabeth Hungerford tendered a paper to the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women, in response to a query regarding the current international status of women stating that:

"the proliferation of legislation designed to protect "gender identity" and "gender expression" undermines legal protections for females vis-à-vis sex segregated spaces, such as female-only clubs, public restrooms, public showers, and other spaces designated as "female only."  http://www.bilerico.com/2011/08/less_than_woman_less_than_human.php

It is unnaceptable that Cathy Brennan is a liaison to Gonzaga Univ School of Law for the ABA's Commission on Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity  This allows her unfettered access to further stigmitize trans people from within the legal syastem.

The  very fact she holds that position validates her anti transgender views and further places in harms way the people she was entrusted to work for.
