15800+ people support Nic’s fight to be provided the care he needs to stay safe!
Sadly Nic lost his footing and had a nasty fall today. He ended up in Emergency with a very sore head, hip and shoulder and diagnosed with a concussion!
We fear this will happen more and more as his care and safety is eroded because the NDIS think they know better and can ignore Allied Health Professionals and medical specialist assessments and reports! Obviously the NDIS are more interested in cost cutting at every opportunity rather than supporting vulnerable severely disabled Australians!
This week is Minister Linda Reynolds last chance to fix this and ensure Nic’s funding for care is reinstated!

By the end of the week we will have no other option but to lodge AAT proceedings for the second time in 3 years! When will the NDIA wake up and acknowledge the evidence? This is so completely unnecessary and a massive waste of resources - resources which could be better spent on the person with a disability than lawyers and the system fighting against the disabled person.
