YES THEY SHOULD!

It is simply inexcusable that the NDIS think they can treat vulnerable Australians with contempt and remove the necessary supports required to keep them safe!

Next week is our last chance before we have no option but to take the decision out of the Minister and NDIS hands and place our trust in the Australian Administrative Tribunal (AAT) to put this situation to rights!

Evidence has been provided which leaves no doubt as to what support Nic needs to be safe and ensure his care needs are met! 

Minister Linda Reynolds has the power to resolve this without adding further stress and strain to an already exhausted family who have so much to deal with each day anyway! 

What happens next?  Will Nic’s supports be reinstated so that his life continues and he has an opportunity to be happy, healthy and safe? Or, will the decision show that the Government is more interested in cutting costs than ensuring people with  complex, multiple disabilities and high care needs are provided the funding and supports necessary for an ordinary life?
