Today at the Lincolnshire County Councils Highways and Transport Scrutiny Committee, we submitted the 4000 strong petition. We spoke for 5 minutes and were then questioned by councillors concerning the details of the petition and what we would like to see changed. The petition was applauded by the majority of councillors and a lively debate ensued. We have been told the county councillor responsible for the part-night lighting scheme, Cllr Richard Davies, will formally respond to the petition soon.
