To the students of Lincoln High School, Mr. Richard "Rich" Magnan was a friendly face who could always be counted on for help and a smile. Rich's recent departure has hit the students of Lincoln High School hard, and his abscence has left a hole in our community and school. No reason for his departure has been given to the students, and while we understand that the school must act in what it percieves to be the best interests of the students and staff, we believe that Rich was a positive force in our school whose contributions to school climate were overwhelmingly positive. With all due respect to the administration of the school and the staff of the Lincoln Public Schools, we humbly request that Mr. Magnan be reinstated to his original position so long as he is willing.
