Dear Supporters,

I hope you are doing well and staying safe. Since my last update, Michigan Citizens for Water Conservation (MCWC) is asking a judge to overturn the ruling by the EGLE. This comes after the EGLE upheld Nestle’s permit to extract more groundwater and dismissed a challenge from MCWC and the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians. 

It is critical that we continue to put the pressure on the EGLE to make the right decision. Please call in or email to the contacts listed below asking that Nestle’s permit application to increase withdrawals from White Pine Springs be rejected. Together, we can ensure that the right decision will be made. As always, continue to spread the word about this petition; every signature counts!
