Dear fellow supporters,  I am reaching out to share the most recent news regarding the Nestle case and plans and action that we need to take.  There has been a setback in Osceola Township, MI - Remember the case ruling that Nestle could not build a new pumping station?  Nestle appealed and the Michigan Circuit Court ruled that Nestle could in fact build a booster pumping station, critical for their plan to increase water withdrawals to 400 gpm. This happened despite resistance from the local community, and the board of the Osceola Township has voted to appeal this decision.  We need to take action now!  Please click on the link to spread the word about this movement on Twitter.  Even if you do not have a Twitter account, you can simply copy and paste the link into whatever forum works best.
