In January, the Supreme Court strengthened corporations' grip on our government and political process with a dangerous ruling, overturning more than 100 years of election law.

A new bill -- the DISCLOSE (Democracy Is Strengthened by Casting Light On Spending in Elections) Act -- will rein in the increased influence of special interest money and help save our electoral process.  

But without your support, this legislation is never going to win the day.

Russ Feingold (D-WI) has been a leader in our fight to limit the power and influence of special interest money in our electoral process and but he needs your help to build support for the DISCLOSE Act.

The DISCLOSE Act includes provisions to make sure corporations can't "sponsor" a candidate through close coordination with campaigns, enhance disclosures and disclaimers, and prevent government contractors from spending taxpayer money on political ads.
