Chip is a man who inspired a town in such a short period. When the LPD set out to take him down, he decided that instead of finding himself in jail that he would find himself into our hearts. After posting a better version of his mugshot and photos of where in Lima he has been, Chip had become the best chances to finding chip, however the LPD blocked communication with him thus the case has been cold. Not to worry, Chip has continued to entertain us all with radio interviews and posts around the internet. This petition is aimed at the LPD to let this lead investigator in this case go! That person, of course, being Chip. This petition also requests that Chip will replace mayer David Berger as the new mayor of Lima, Ohio. If this succeeds not only will Chip have to be set free, he can also finally get his McDonalds and not have to tunnel his way there to get it.
