For the last several years, Big Fendi has served as Lil' Kim's manager, him attaining this position shortly after his former Dirty Money Records artist Nicki Minaj signed to Young Money Entertainment.  While Minaj has risen to the top and likely abandoned her old fans, Kim has been loyal to her Beehive, constantly reassuring them that she's coming back any day.  I honestly believe she wants to...but Fendi's the one who's keeping her.

From the "Vintage" album to the still-unnamed major deal (rumored that it would've been with Roc Nation) to the Christmas EP to Hardcore 2K13 being pushed back to the Look Like Money video taking four months to premiere (after the preview) to "technical problems" being to blame for the Hot 97 and Powerhouse performances being cancelled, everything can be blamed on one thing: this man's interference.  A manager should be a neutral party who can keep reason...whether his reported feud with Nicki remains true or whether he's secretly working with Nicki to sabotage Kim's career, you can't say Fendi can exactly act in a business sense neutrally.  When your mind is compromised where you can no longer perform your duty, it's time to step down-something Fendi refuses to do.

So Kim, listen to your Beehive, gain the trust of your fans back, FIRE BIG FENDI, and hire new management which can properly plan your return.
