Due to the many accidents in Spartanburg involving pedestrians and vehicles. we want to change the infrastructure by adding lights around and over all crosswalks as well as reflective paint on the crosswalks and add safety measures to improve our community. This to is in honor of Jessecca Rohm and the 15 plus others that have lost their lives this year crossing the road.
