Recommendations That: 1. Council receives the petition in Attachment 1 to the agenda report. 2. Council notes that further investigations will be undertaken and a subsequent report will be presented to Council at the September 2025 meeting. 3. Council notes that at the time of receiving the petition the Sport and Active Recreation Plan 2021-25 remains current and relevant. 4. The head petitioner be notified of Council’s decision from the meeting of 17 June 2025.
