Lift the Ban on XL Bully Breeds

The Issue

I am a passionate advocate for XL Bully breeds, and this issue is deeply personal to me. It's crucial to understand that it's not the animals' fault, but rather the owners who are responsible for their behavior.

XL Bullies have been unfairly stigmatized and banned in many regions due to misconceptions about their temperament. The American Temperament Test Society found that American Pit Bull Terriers, a breed often classified as an XL Bully, have an 87.4% passing rate compared to the average dog's 82.6%. This indicates that they can be just as friendly and safe as any other breed when properly trained and cared for (American Temperament Test Society).

It is unjust to punish these dogs for human failings in training and care. Instead of banning breeds based on stereotypes, we should focus on promoting responsible pet ownership which includes proper training, socialization, and care.

The ban on XL Bullies needs to be lifted so these misunderstood dogs can live without prejudice or fear of euthanasia simply because of their breed type.

Please sign this petition if you believe in fair treatment for all dog breeds regardless of size or stereotype.
