Saira Mohiuddin changes lives. She is fully committed to not only her own fitness journey, but others' as well. Her impact on the cycle program at Lifetime Algonquin is immeasurable. With her hard work, the program grew from a sparsely attended class to one that consistently had a waitlist of 25+. Saira was and is more than just a group fitness instructor. She is an inspiration and a true gift. 

Recently, Saira was transferred to another Lifetime location, leaving Algonquin riders lost and confused. Many have adapted their weekly schedules to accommodate attending Saira's classes...yes, they're that important.

Let's band together and show our support for the woman who has impacted us all. Let's bring Saira back to Algonquin!
