Since I had IPhone 4, IPhone 4S, Iphone 5 my husband and I always buy lifeproof cover with sacrifices. Lifeproof covers are really expensives between $79.00 to $89.00, but we had in mind that we need to cover our phones for anything that can happen, and that includes water, shocks, snow, and dirt.  We used to have Otter Box, and we never had a problem, but we were looking for a cover that looks slim and we can go to our vacations and water sports. Every time that we go to the shopping mall we see the announcements and publicity of Lifeproof Covers, a cover that is water proof, shock proof and dirt proof we thought that is the cover we need for ours activities day by day. 

That is why we change our Otter Box Covers for Lifeproof Covers, because we need to cover our phones for water, shocks, dirt and snow.  We need one cover the phones, that was the utility that we need to cover; WE NEED TO COVER THE PHONES NOT THE COVER!!!!. Since we had IPhone 4 32G, IPhone 4S 32G, and IPhone 5 64G, we buy the Lifeproof Covers because we need to cover our expensive phones, with an expensive cover that supposedly was water proof, shock proof, snow proof, and dirt proof.  

Imagine our surprise Saturday May 26, 2013 when we were at the beach taking pictures and our two phones shut down and drown with the Lifeproof Cases completely close!!! At that time we got out of the Beach and called 1-858-510-8300 at 2:23pm on May 26, 2013, we spoke to Supervisor Brenda from the department of warranty support of Lifeproof.  She told us, that no matter if we had the two IPhones 5 64G with the Lifeproof covers completely closes they does not cover the phones and they just covers the Lifeproof covers.  When I explained to Supervisor Brenda that when my husband and I buy those Lifeproof covers to cover the IPhones 5 64G and not the covers; she told me that it was a pain but she cannot do anything at all just send me two more covers.  I told her that the two covers did not replace at all the $800 that I paid for my two IPhones with contract. And Supervisor Brenda told me that I was lucky that she replace me the Lifeproof Covers.

And now my husband and I had two IPhones 5 64G completely drown and inoperative,  $800.00 completely damaged by water of the sea, but we don't suppose to say or be mad because they are going to do us a favor and send us two Lifeproof covers; or is better to change the name of that company from Lifeproof to Coverproof!!!! 

P.S.  I don't suppose to worry, cause right now a Lifeproof cover is going to give me the options of pictures, text, call? Really, I didn't know that I can do that with a Cover!!!!
