Small business owners, blue collar workers, and citizens that reside outside of the "city" of New York have been disenfranchised and forgotten. Upstate New York's constituents wish to initiate a formal request of RECALL of the Governor, Mr. Andrew Cuomo, on multiple counts of abuse of executive order privilege, and gross misappropriation of tax payer funds. Inferred executive orders have produced irreparable damage to local economies via unconstitutional directives and irresponsible enforcement thereof. The Governor's "City" policies are killing the "Upstate" economy and can no longer be tolerated as fiscally or morally acceptable.
