Make Liberty Quays revoke the phony "fire extinguisher charge"

The Issue

A massive portion of students have been issued invoices, at £60 per flat, for allegedly "discharging fire extinguishers". All flats deny having removed their extinguishers and it seems odd that more than  apartments would be accused of tampering with the equipment in this way. All involved urge Liberty Quays to revoke the charges before further action is taken.

Edit: 16 apartments have been issued with the same randomly assigned invoice about fire extiguisher damage. After reluctantly allowing me to view our flat's extinguisher it was clear that ours, and at least 10 others, were in fully-working condition. This scam was set to make nearly £1000 from students.
