Punishing the whole school for a select group of students who fail to attend tutoring is wrong. Said students who are not attending Liberty Hour clearly do not care about their grades and won't attend tutoring either way. Taking away a valuable study time from hard-working students who are going to tutoring is only going to hurt their grades. Furthermore, the students that require tutoring will be forced to go in before or after school which will also put strain on the teachers, requiring them to come in earlier or stay later than their schedules may allow. Additionally, this will cause a huge strain on clubs, any members that require the bus may not be able to get rides in before and after school.
