The people of Newfoundland and Labrador trusted and elected each and every one of you as their representative in the newly formed Liberal government.  You have a duty and a responsibility to speak and act on behalf of your electorate.  

The people of NL (your electorate) will accept nothing less than the defeat of Budget 2016 when it is put to a vote in June.   

This Budget is a complete disaster and an insult to every Newfoundlander and Labradorean.

Just as the electorate made a choice when they elected you, it is now your turn. Now, you have a choice to make.  You can stand up, be proud and loyal to your electorate and say NO to this budget or you can tow the party line and be loyal to the party instead.   You can choose your own self interest over the interest of the people you represent or you can demonstrate that you were worthy of their vote.  You can show that you care about the province and the people that call it home or you can assist in its destruction and be part of the unconscionable hardship your electorate will endure because of this budget and because you let them down.  

We the people would rather see you defect to another party, sit as an independent, or just vote NO!
