Dans la Guinée d’Alpha Condé, depuis sa réélection largement contestée, Ibrahima Chérif BAH, Ousmane Gaoual DIALLO, Cellou BALDE, Etienne SOROPOGUI, Abdoulaye BAH, Ismaël CONDE et plus de 400 autres personnes sont illégalement emprisonnées. 

Leurs seuls crimes, s’être publiquement opposés au tripatouillage de la constitution et avoir dévoilé au grand jour le Hold up électoral ayant conduit à la réélection d’Alpha Condé pour un 3ème mandat.

Ces arrestations illégales et détentions arbitraires fondées uniquement sur une divergence d’opinion, constituent une violation flagrante des droits de l’Homme et de la liberté d’expression. 

Les conditions de détention sont telles que, à ce jour, 4 prisonniers politiques ont déjà perdu la vie dans les geôles d’Alpha Condé. 

Pendant qu'ils sont détenus, le gouvernement d’Alpha Condé interdit aux avocats internationaux des prisonniers politiques de se rendre en Guinée violant ainsi le principe fondamental du droit à la défense tout en se plaçant en contradiction totale avec le droit interne guinéen et les normes internationales.

Citoyens guinéens, citoyens du monde libre, unissons-nous afin d’exiger la libération immédiate et sans condition de tous les Prisonniers Politiques d’Alpha Condé.

In Alpha Condé’s régime and since his widely contested re-election, Ibrahima Chérif BAH, Ousmane Gaoual DIALLO, Cellou BALDE, Etienne SOROPOGUI, Abdoulaye BAH, Ismaël CONDE and more than 400 others have been illegally imprisoned.

Their only crimes have been to publicly oppose the tampering with the constitution and to expose the electoral heist that led to Alpha Condé's re-election for a third term.

These illegal arrests and arbitrary detentions, based solely on a difference of opinion, constitute a serious violation of human rights and freedom of speech.

The living conditions of the detainees are such that, to date, 4 political prisoners have already lost their lives while being detained by Alpha Condé's government.

Furthermore, Alpha Condé's government prohibits international lawyers representing the political prisoners from travelling to Guinea, thus violating the fundamental principle of the right to a defense, thus placing themselves in total contradiction with Guinean national law and international standards.

Guinean citizens, citizens of the free world, unite to demand the immediate and unconditional release of all Alpha Condé's political prisoners.
